As the first par of the event, in the officials teambuilding all the officials that make this session possible will get to know each others during a series of games and team dynamics.
The CMOJ day is designed to strengthen teamwork, clarify responsibilities, and ensure smooth operations during the session. Through training modules, interactive exercises, and practical workshops, team members develop essential skills for their roles.
We rally thank El Convent de Barcelona Activa for making it possible for the Officials Teambuilding to inaugurate the session at this venue.
During CW, you will have the chance to debate the topic assigned to your committee and work together towards a resolution that includes solutions to the issue given.
This resolution will be presented to the rest of the committees during the General Assembly.
This part of the session will be permormed in the Universitat Pompeu Fabra, in the Ciutadella Campus
Right after declaring Barcelona 2025 officially open, we will offer a space for all participants — delegates, volunteers, teachers — as well as our partners, to network and engage in the exchange of ideas and projects. We also believe this will be a great opportunity for our partners to connect with each other and get to know the participants of the conference.
After the opening ceremony, we are thrilled to welcome some representatives from different youth organisations establishing a fructiferous debate among them around youth participation and sustainability, in which delegates can introduce questions and participate. Both the speakers and the questions to be debated will be announced shortly. This event ocurres right after the opening ceremony, so it will also take place at the Paranimf of the Universitat de Barcelona (UB)
At national sessions, it has become tradition to include a segment at the beginning where various experts are invited to speak on a specific topic. These sessions offer participants a mature, well-founded, and content-rich perspective on how to structure their ideas, as well as ways to elevate the quality and relevance of their contributions to a higher level.
National selections in Spain gather multiple participants all around the country and some international delegates, meaning their way to the session is not equal, becoming necessary to conduct an initial event to welcome them all. Also, it is a very relevant moment as delegates are introduced to the officials team of the session.
We are so happy to announce that this welcoming event will take place at the Paranimf of the Universitat de Barcelona (UB)
This event consists on a series of games and team dynamics between all the delegates in the session and al the officials also. With this, we create a welcoming environment for everyone and we have the chance of get to know each other in a more general method.
Then, the delegates arranged in their belonging committees will continue with the games, with the objective of building trust amongst all the members of the committee.
We take pride in stating that it will be held on the Universitat Pompeu Fabra, in the Ciutadella Campus
The GA is the culmination of the academic work of the session. It is the moment when all committees gather together in order to debate the resolutions.
At the end of each topic, all delegates vote in favor or against the resolution, only those with a majority of votes in favor are approved.
We are really happy to be able to end the session with the General Assembly at the Auditori L´illa.
