Organising Team
The EYP is an organisation created for young minds by young volunteers who, previous to the session, worked tirelessly to make the session a reality and assure the best experience for the delegates and other participants. As a result, several teams are formed to focus on various work domains, ensuring that each part is completed flawlessly. Meet them below!
This team of young volunteers, leaded by the Head-Organisers Joan Blasi & Pau Ferrer, is responsible for making Barcelona NSC 2025 possible. They have been working together to organise, manage and supervise even the smallest details to create a unique and exciting session. With a very compact and motivated team, they will aim to ensure that every person involved in the event enjoys it and remains as comfortable as possible through its duration. Anna is the main point of contact for the 200 participants of the session. Additionally, her portfolio also includes all aspects related to communications.

Sanjivani is responsible for planning the session's events and securing experts and speakers to enrich the programme.

Academic Team
During the session, delegates will discuss various issues at the forefront of the EU political agenda. These topics are decided between the National Committee of the country concerned (in this case, the Spanish NC) and the academic team of the session, which in turn will be proposed to each chairsperson, whose task is to guide and moderate the debates in their respective committees. This team is also in charge of the final drafting of the resolutions that will be debated during the last day of the session in front of all participants.

Media Team
In an EYP Session such as Barcelona NSC, one of the most important teams is undoubtely the Media Team. They are responsible for producing media output during the event (e.g. videos, pictures or projects) which will immortalize each moment in the session and serve as a beautiful memory for all the participants of the session. Moreover, they are also in charge of generating media content for the different partners and collaborators, being able to adjust and personalise it according to the necessities of each organisation.

Jury Team
As the name suggests, Barcelona is a selection session, thus, among the participants, some will be chosen to participate in events abroad, being The International Sessions the flagship event of the EYP and the highest, in terms of academic level. This tough process is the responsibility of the jury team headed by Andro Demiri. During the session, they will analyse the interventions of the delegates as well as their interaction with every participant to make sure the best decision is made.

At EYP we take the well-being of the participants as extremely important. That is why all sessions are equipped with a safe team for those who need it. Their function is to act accordingly after carefully listening to the person's needs or problems. Barcelona is a long session, so we understand that it can be emotionally challenging, and many unforeseen events can occur. That said, we have a team of three people perfectly qualified who will attend to the well-being needs of the participants.

EYP is a decentralised network of different committees depending on the country of operation. Previously, we have mentioned the Board of the national committee, which, apart from its usual functions, is involved in different ways with each one of the sessions held in the territory. In addition, we have a representation of this in all the sessions as a representation of the NC and a guarantee that EYP Spain values are correctly represented, as well as providing support, above all, to the organisational team. In Barcelona, we have the presence of 2 of them and of course, the support of the board as a whole.
